Well, since part of it is human nature, completely turning it off is unreasonable and I almost dare say unhealthy. Then again, being in problem-solving mode all the time leaves you burnt out and unhealthy too. I guess, like most things in life, a healthy balance lives in the middle. You should neither feel compelled to think all the time nor to just experience pleasure. We all tend to overboost on one or the other. Which one and how to realign is up to us to find out!
