I guess this shows that the theory is very Westernized/secular, although I consider myself quite spiritual — just in everyday life.

I think about spiritual topics a lot, I just do it amid the everyday hustle and bustle. I don’t necessarily have a fixed practice for it, though I definitely see how making time for just that could be super valuable.

I guess you could book it under health, but it just as well deserves its own category.
