Thank you! I think that it’s great if you can mitigate these real stressors with your emotional response but, for most people, it’s a lot easier to solve the real, underlying issue. Working to save money is a lot easier than making emotional tranquility a habit. So, I guess for a lot of folks, it’d be reasonable to start there first!
