Just to clarify, in that case, I’m talking about my specific morning routine. Something like “I drink a glass of water, then go shower, then work out, etc.” Not about this post. And I mean that it’s the optimal solution. Imagine you read that post from me, you try that very same routine, and find it’s perfect for you and you keep it. That’s the case I’m talking about here, and I do think for 90% of people, that won’t happen!
