I've been asking myself this question every now and then again for years. Like you, I concluded that everyone here is thinking from 1 to n instead of from 0 to 1. What would happen if we started from scratch? The drones are not a bad start but probably too unreliable at this stage, not to mention crazy expensive and vulnerable. I wonder why no one has come up with a better-looking "umbrella hat" either. They all look ridiculous. If you could make it somewhat fashionable, that might be a starting point too.

In any case, it's great to see someone spending such a great deal of thought on this. A highly underrated, billion-dollar problem, if you ask me!
