I try to set annual themes now. I had some in retrospect as well. In 2015 it was ‘commit.’ In 2016 ‘invest.’ 2017 was ‘grow,’ 2018 ‘leverage.’ 2019 will be ‘focus.’

Besides that, some other, day-to-day themes are patience, love, truth, and open-mindedness. These I try to focus on every day, especially when interacting with people.
