I’m 28 now, and while I’ve always wanted a relationship, I’ve also struggled for a long time with the confidence to form them. I did have a few longer ones in the past and have learned a lot about confidence since high school, but for the past three years, I’ve chosen work over love. It’d be easy to keep telling myself this story, that “my career is more important” or that I’m “not there yet,” but now that I’m out of college and set up on a great career foundation, I have to slowly learn to re-engage and re-build. And I think this story just did its part to help me with just that. So thank you :)
