Though I never watched it seriously. I do remember DBZ was big as well and joke is that I was watching it on RTL2 or something in German :D Way I improved my German comprehension in the end of school :D

Ouh I remember that one, there was an episode where he kicked a ball up straight without rotation…

Hahaha, that’s hilarious! Yes, DBZ, Pokémon, Digimon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, everything that had collectibles attached to it, basically. And Detective Conan too. RTL2 was THE channel for all that stuff, haha.
