All ancient sources are rather tricky. For plenty of philosophers, it's actually just notes students took while they gave their lectures. I think this was the case, too, for Socrates. And the source said just "I," which also makes sense. "All I know..." sounds like a relatively "modern" phrase to me! Maybe, "I only know..." But you can see the source for details!
